Email is the whole support system, and it is read by the person who builds the apps. Please say which app you mean, and which version of iOS you are on — it makes an answer much faster.
Bugs
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or a screen recording is worth a long paragraph.
Refunds and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Refunds and cancellations go through reportaproblem.apple.com or Settings on your device. We cannot process either on your behalf, but we can help you work out what happened.
Deleting your account
Apps that have accounts offer deletion inside the app. If you cannot find it, write to us from the address you signed up with and we will complete it.
Feature requests
Welcome, and they do get read. No promises about what ships.
